So today I meant to block out a compositional sketch of this
idea in my head. I struggle with talking about it in too much detail. I sort of
feel like I'm moving backwards so you can catch up. I put my pencil to the
paper and began to place the first figure. This is what came out instead. I
like the work to guide me. And sometimes, to be honest, I avoid doing it. The
best way is not always a straight path, I guess.
