By and Large Projects’ 2016 Lenten Project begins today. Because many of us may liken our creative process to a spiritual pursuit, this year we considered the practice of "Examen", a daily commitment to the examination and contemplation of one’s conscience, thoughts and conduct, as our theme.  We asked artists to either commit to 40 days of creative experimentation, contemplating and conceptualizing their work or alternately, creating a series of works during that period.
